Organization’s Objective

Democrats Work is building a service-based approach to politics to tackle four critical challenges facing Democrats:

(1) Providing meaningful opportunities for grassroots Democrats to stay active and engaged year-round;

(2) Bolstering the Democratic brand in strategic areas and increasing the visibility and relevance of Democrats at the local level;

(3) Growing the number of Democratic volunteers who can help us win elections by providing opportunities that will appeal to those who are not otherwise involved in “politics”;

(4) Promoting Democratic values through good works and communicating those values to the voters throughout the year.
