Now that you've thought more about the political return you are seeking, it's time to start discovering the organizations delivering this return and making a difference on the issues you care about.

Before you get started searching, here are a few more questions to ask yourself:

  • Do you want to find organizations that work locally or nationally?
  • Do you want to work with partisan or nonpartisan organizations?
  • What is your tolerance for risk? Do you prefer working with startups versus more established organizations?
  • Is tax-deductibility important to you?
